"This was a historic hotel and has a wonderful feel and look about it. I liked the location of it. My only complaint was with housekeeping. Sunday was fine and Monday too.Tuesday we didn’t need housekeeping, just asked for towels. Wednesday, we never heard from housekeeping, nor Thursday (which we weren’t really expecting it). But Wednesday our garbage cans needed to be emptied and needed linens again. I’m not sure what happened but it was unexpected."

"The room is of slightly higher quality than a standard hotel. What set this place apart for us was the service of the staff. From the moment we walked through the door, they were there to assist. I drive a larger than average vehicle, parking is not always simplistic. The gentleman at the door kept vigil on my vehicle until we could locate a spot. If there were any shortcomings with the room or hotel, the staffs service made them unnoticeable. Thank you for a great stay."

"Great hotel, super awesome staff. Rooms were great. The only reason(s) for the 4 star vs 5 star: Valet wasn't clear on the Orbitz reservation ($30/ night- great rate for the area, but would have been nice to know) Valet was late getting to work on Saturday morning by 30 minutes, I almost missed my event. And the office manager/ valet do not support each other (would have been good if the hotel manager could have pulled my car out). Breakfast was an additional charge. Good spread, but...
