"Such a great hotel! The staff was beyond accommodating. I checked in early (9am) and left my bags at the front desk, and they invited me to enjoy the breakfast buffet to start my day! Additionally, they made a to-go breakfast for me when I had an early morning flight! The front desk made dinner reservations for me a few weeks ahead of my stay, a very nice option. I stayed in one of the solo rooms and it was very comfortable, with a full bed and great shower. Highly recommend."

The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "
