"I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."

"I paid over $1800.00 to stay at the Grandiosa between 5/26-6/15/20 and they were not open for business due to COVID-19. I have made numerous calls with no response. Hotels.com have tried as well with no response. I don’t believe that they are still a functioning hotel. I am demanding my money back and I demand that Hotels.com intervene and make sure that my money is returned! So far I have been told that my money is non refundable. "So much compliments for this resort and its amazing staff. From the time we arrived, until the tme we left, all our experiences surpassed our expectations!!! I wish I could name all the staff we came in contact with, but time won't allow it. The fisrt staff were the front desk staff, and they were amazing. Anthaniel and his co-worker (sadly I forgot her name) were first contact with your resort, and from there on, the bar was set very high! We knew we had picked a "20 🌟" establishment! Immediately after that first encounter, our second was with the personable, kind, patient, with no other than Mr. Vernon, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome! He helped in making us feel so welcome, from the time we checked in, until the time we checked out. What an amazing asset to your great establishment! Moving on to your food staff: Nekeshia, gave us our first insight to what an amazing dining staff you have on property. She attended to all our dining request with such grace and charm. She always checked on us to make sure our dining needs were met. What a sweetheart! "The property is a nice quaint resort. The atmosphere is moderate not full on party mode. So you do get time to relax by the pool without a bunch going on. Outside of the resort is poverty but we walked around and didn’t feel threatened just harassed to shop on their stores."
