"We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel. "

"This hotel is at the doorstep of the Pantheon. Also within 2km (30min) walk to many other historic sites. Cafes and shops are nearby. The hotel is fantastic, and the staff is excellent."

"The staff at the hotel are great - super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a king suite, which was large and comfortable. An extra perk was the sauna. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that the beds were very low to the floor, which made sitting and getting up/down a little challenging for us."
