"This property is old and there is some chipped paint and old fashioned fixtures that keep it looking dated. It appears that some upgrades are being made. I had the impression that the staff were working hard to keep it clean and hopefully they can continue to restore it to its full potential. It was one of the best hotel/motel showers I’ve ever had. "After having car trouble, I just needed a place to stay for the night. I didn't have high expectations due to the low price and the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised how clean it was. Small room and tiny bathroom but everything was super clean. "

"The Plum room was very comfortable with a gorgeous bed and bedding. On our return trip we stayed in the Raspberry room and found it delightful. The rooms are so well insulated that you did not hear the other guests. Breakfast was a choice between ham and eggs with toast or French toast and delicious and filling. "

"My parents, and I stayed for 10 days, The owner Mark is awesome, no word of lie. Wanted to make sure we had the best experience there, encouraging us to try out the paddle boards and informing us of all the nearby stores/restaurants etc. We went on our own adventures and checked out some nearby coverall bridges and waterfalls. Being pet friendly and letting our dogs come up with us, made the experience so much better. "
