"The front desk staff are eager to serve but need better training. The Concierges are the all time winners at this Hotel. Ask for George as he went out of his way to assist me even on his day off. How cool is that! Food in lobby restaurant is excellent and priced fairly. Bar is fully loaded. Breakfast buffet quite adequate and staff there on the ball to serve. Rooms are spacious with necessary balconies. But this place is a monster. And when conventions are here a bit of a mad house. "

There was plenty of choice for restaurants and cafes on site and many more a short walk to the town centre and beach. Transport links across Malta were so easy and regular, made day trips out really easy to explore. There is currently building works adjacent to the hotel (a new mall and Hard Rock Cafe hotel by the looks of...
