"During our stay, we enjoyed the spacious room. However, the woman who checked us in was rude. When checked in she was at the desk typing and she did acknowledge us for a couple of minutes. You can be busy but least say "hello, I will be with you shortly". Also, our bed sheets had brown stains on them. I'm so glad we brought our own. "

"Basic airport hotel. I generally like Embassy Suites but this is not one of their better ones. I booked and prepaid from Europe but when I got here, there is some kind of parking scam. You're supposed to download a code and pay some third party directly. In order to get food, you had to order at the bar. This didn't work as there was only one person at the bar and the line was fifteen minutes long just to get the "evening reception" drinks which were much less interesting than at other...
