"What a magical resort! It’s a great place for a family vacation. We loved seeing the monkeys, coatis, and iguanas. The cenotes and natural surroundings were the main reasons we chose this resort. "The staff was absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly. There are many dining options here, some better than others, but none of it was bad. Surprisingly the Italian food & the sushi were my favorites! Our room had a stunning oceanfront view. The grounds are clean and security is tight so you’ll feel safe here. My only complaint was the liquor that comes with the all inclusive package was bottom shelf only unless you’re a member of the timeshare club. "

"great location! Most staff were very friendly and attentive. We didn’t like the needing to make reservations for dinner. One restaurant didn’t seat us because we were 9 minutes late! The other restaurant once we did make it to our reservation, was rushing us to order and to get us out. Not sure if the kitchen was closing but the waiter got a little annoyed that we ordered a second entree. "
