"Checking it at the property was hassle free, friendly staff. I would recommend getting an uber from the airport, was less expensive and you don’t have to haggle with the people at the airport. At the property We had a great time, the activities at the pool were fun, the pool side food was perfect for lunch. Breakfast and dinner at the main Buffett was very good, we liked that better than the reservation restaurants. The rooms were clean, fridges stocked each day, room service 24hrs was good...

"Overall great vacation and resort. The rooms are a good size and the resort is easy to navigate and doesn't take more than 5 minutes to access any part of the resort. All restaurants/bars are pretty central. Beach was beautiful, sandy bottom for about 50 feet from shore and able to walk along the beach for long distances. "We chose this resort because our grandson wanted waterslides..however the bigger slide was damaged and not usable as was one of the restaurants..that we had booked in after we got to the resort. The main pool was really murky ...compared to the adult pool. The room was clean and grounds were well maintained by staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some guests made the stay irritating but that's not the resorts fault. We would definitely book through Expedia..gave us a perk...as it...
