"The room layout is great, very clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly. The only thing that I disliked about my stay was the refundable $50 incidental charge. Surprised me with that at check in, and I can only guess when they’ll refund it. They should just call it what it is, a security deposit, there are no incidentals in the room and the items that I bought from the lobby were billed to my room and paid for when I checked out. "
