"Always love to stay at the Lotte. Top notch all the way. The only complaint this trip was the older man at the concierge desk was rude when we were trying to pick up our stored luggage. One member of our group was sick and I was trying to ask if the concierge workers could possibly deliver our luggage to the room & the man basically yelled at me & told me to "Wait!" in front of several other guests. The other man working at the concierge desk apologized for him and said he was just a little...

"Bed mattress was in desperate need of replacing. It had big indentions in both sides to the point of almost being hard to stay on the bed without rolling off. Overall our stay was great as we were there for 8 days and had no major issues. It was a small room which was to be expected for NYC. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient and the service was great. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This hotel was the perfect location for transit, for theatre visits and for sightseeing. The hotel is comfy, quiet and our room was fairly spacious. As a mother traveling with a teenage daughter I appreciated how safe it was. There was a friendly doorman and in the evenings there were staff in the lobby and the elevators. The hotel is a bit tired looking but it didn’t detract from the charm of the place. We will definitely stay here again. "
