In terms of notes, there's a spiral staircase that's charming and unique, but may also be challenging depending on your dexterity. "This is a lovely and charming cottage in the setting of the farms and vineyards of the Loire Valley. The cottage was beautifully restored with rustic beams, a nice kitchen, and a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom with two comfortable beds and skylights. We were greeted by ducks and chickens in the private front yard and presented a bottle of Sancerre by the owner. The property is ideally situated close to to the town of Sancerre and its vineyards and made it an easy day trip for visiting...
