"We were there for offshore with my own boat, water front is unable to dock 30’ boat without going into neighbors space. Could be an issue when neighbor has their boat. Highly recommend this place."

"Our stay was great, We enjoyed doing what we love to do this time of year with such comfort. One key feature is the ability to leave your boat in a very safe area at night and not have to launch it every day, which takes a lot of weight off of your shoulders. The property manager was very professional and easy to communicate with. Furthermore, if you’re looking for the most modernized houseboat in the Venice area, I am 100% recommend this one for you and Friends."
