"Great cafe for breakfast and lunch. Superb Italian restaurant around the corner at The Kinson Hotel-Vivi. In a great neighborhood with several dining options. A Woolworth grocery was walkable. Very close was Fawkner Convenience which carries everything you need."

"It is a beautiful hotel with everything you could wish for,but had to ask several times at reception for the room to be tidied in the 7 days that we stayed . Will definitely return."

"Great as everything is there and close to cafes, eateries along with walking distance to Luna park and Palais theatre and the like. I did have to use my earplugs that were provided. "
