"The property, amenities and brunch were world class. Coming from California for our first Australia visit- I was shocked with the overall kindness of the locals throughout our eastern AU journey. The Anchorage property took hospitality to another level beyond what we’re accustomed to in most US properties. Bravo Anchorage! We will return to Australia - perhaps permanently..?."

"This is a lovely apartment with a great view. There are some things that need improvement, the outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable and seat you so low that I couldn’t see the view over the balustrade. There were a few window winders that were broken and some long term dust on the bedroom window that fell onto the bed when I closed the window. But saying that I enjoyed my time there and loved Nelson bay. "

"Central to Nelson Bay. Plenty of parking. Clean room, well fitted out. Fairly quiet room location but it was a lengthy walk from the lift and back to the carpark. I'm fit and healthy, but someone older may not be as happy about the walking. "

"We had a great stay in the Sunset Tent during Christmas. Although there was no air-conditioning, fortunately we had a cool breeze blowing through & by opening the windows it flows through - also has a fan if needed. Toilet & shower was just a small walk away. Lots of wildlife to enjoy - we seen & heard Koalas, possums, magpies & lorikeets were all very friendly. Sunset views were very spectacular. Great dining options nearby as well."
