"Overnight stopover, although in the city the underground parking and 24 hour reception made it a good option. My phone map showed the hotel on the opposite side of the road for some odd reason and we had to ask how to access the underground garage (from Avenue de Caen), but once we found it a good hotel. Comfortable night sleep, clean bedding and bathroom and and the bathroom looked recently done up. Friendly staff. Tasty and convenient breakfast included (continental with eggs and sausages). "

"Overall it was fine. When I first saw it on the river I thought that would be cool. But it is behind the highway. Not so cool. Parking garage was a wee bit tight getting into and out of but it was nice having parking! We still walked everywhere. Nice town. This location would probably be nicer in the summer with activities on the warf"

"We had a stop off en route south. The family room had perfect facilities with two single beds for the children and a large double. Also a fridge and microwave to prepare snacks or breakfast. Just what we needed with a child needing specialist food. "

"The restaurant is great—delicious food and a breakfast buffet with plenty of options to kick-start your morning. The staff? Friendly. But there's an interesting duality to this place: you've got the Ibis side and the Mercure side. I never ventured over to the Mercure part, but it seemed to attract a lively professional crowd as well as some older guests. I wouldn't be surprised if that was their main bread and butter. Meanwhile, the Ibis side—where we stayed—had this trendy ghost town vibe....

"It is a budget hotel, so we got what we paid for. The staff were lovely and luckily it has underground parking which is invaluable in Rouen. Walking distance to the cathedral, and bars and restaurants."

"I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice. "Très bien , allez y les yeux fermés . Propre , chambre cosy , calme , bonne situation . Pour pinailler un peu , mécanisme de la chasse d’eau un peu dur , tuyau du pommeau de douche peu souple , ce qui fait que le pommeau arrose le mur , pas de banane au petit déjeuné . ..J’ai été dans les premiers clients à l’ouverture , j’y retournerais . L’été possibilité d’allez courir dans les bois au bout de la rue . "
