In addition to street parking (which can be hard to come by and costly), the only other option is a valet service for $20. There’s also a parkade within walking distance for $15 a day. Not great, but that’s just the reality when you’re downtown. Otherwise, really enjoyed my stay. "

"Outstanding customer service at the hotel for 4 nights. Constantly felt like staff and management went above and beyond expectations for us, as just “regular people”. When I reached out to customer service after having our departure flight cancelled at the airport gate, we were offered an upgraded room at a price less than our nightly rate previous and even on a Saturday night. Location is fantastic, Fathom restaurant is worth devoting your daily budget and caloric intake to — for one meal. The tiramisu pancakes will ruin every other pancake experience you ever have. Will definitely be back. And will tell ALL my friends. "
