"We were in town for a concert at the new arena and chose the Saga Resort as family had been here in the past. Our room was very clean and comfortable and may have been updated recently. Check in was great, other staff was very nice when supplying our extra towels. Our only issue was the wifi didn't seem to have a strong signal and streaming Netflix was interrupted. It would also be nice to have a full length mirror for getting ready instead of just washroom one."

"We stayed at The Dorchester Hotel in Collingwood for one night after a day of skiing, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was beautifully maintained, clean, and had a cozy yet modern feel. The location was ideal, making it easy to access the slopes and enjoy the town. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After a long day on the mountain, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!"

"Clean hotel with all friendly staff. My daughter and I and her 4 and 7 yr old stayed one night. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was everything you could want and staff were always monitoring to restock low supply. I will definitely stay again."

"Dinner was delicious and delightful. Room was comfy, clean and comfortable. Pool, hot tub and steam room was refreshing. Staffing seems understaffed as lost and found was not responsive to my lost item, request to have room vacummed and process to access the pool was underwhelming. I will return yet hope that systems and protocols can be improved. "
