"Nous avions réservé au Galleria mais celui-ci étant en rénovation, nous avons été accueillis à l'Hôtel Heritage ( même propriétaire). Communication parfaite avec l'hôtel. Super accommodant pour nous loger dans des conditions supérieures à notre réservation d'origine. Très bel hôtel dans la zone piétonne. Belle chambre. Personnel accueillant et très aimable. "We had a lovely stay at the Rikli Balance Hotel. It’s worth (if you can) opting for a Lake view - as it is spectacular. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was amazingly well organised and reasonable @ 10 Euros per day. Pool/Spa area is big and wasn’t too busy when we went."
