"Decent for the price we paid. Breakfast was great. Room on the small side and the aircon in the room needed a service as we all started coughing when it was on. The windows cannot be opened, so we ended up with stale air."

Dinner was a challenge, the food was excellent but the front of house staff were very limited in training and had to be chased constantly for everything. Checkin became complicated and the manager had to step in, just more training required throughout "

"Great location and room. We had two drops of blood on our sheets which weren’t from us. And the room was insanely hot. Other guests we spoke to said the same - about the heat, not the drops of blood. Breakfast looked great but we didn’t have it. Really comfy bed except for the blood."

"Good hotel overall. Spacious lobby, bar and dining areas, good food, and easy parking (although a bit cheeky charging £8/day for the privilege!). Gym was reasonable. I had one of the new ground floor rooms, but it had no desk (only a small round table which was no good for working on) and practically zero draw space. Also, housekeeping was poor (I came back to find my curtains still closed, lamp still on, wet towel still on vanity sink unit, and only one of the two mugs washed up, with the other...

"Excellent weekend stay. All staff were incredibly friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Reception organised free drink for mums birthday which was greatly appreciated at the end of a busy day. There was also plenty of parking and lovely breakfast."

"Last min booking for Paris trip. Spot on service good location outside departures. Only problem it was a 10 min walk in the rain from the drop off area. Some of it is covered to the terminal but not the last bit. Overall good service clean room and comfortable bed. Spot on 👍"
