"I love the location, convenience and atmosphere - quiet, beautiful garden setting with spa setting in back. Only draw back is the room was not well-lit. Overhead lights, designed for two bulbs, only had one. We asked for another bulb, maintenance was sent. At first he said he did not have the "tools" to replace bulb. DUH. We showed him they covers come off by hand turning a small know. He then said he did not have authorization to add a second bulb. Seemed a little petty to scrimp on the bulb...

"The staff here were very sweet but disorganised. We could rarely find anyone on reception and at first we were told that the advertised free breakfast was not included. We asked again the next day and they confirmed that we were staying for 4 nights and that we could have breakfast included… the food was nice when we did get it.
