"Staff were great! Hotel location was great! There was a mixup on check-in where the Hotel had not been notified that I had upgraded my room after making the initial booking. Mpumbi and Andre worked to resolve it. The 1-bedroom deluxe (with Balcony) was spacious. The included breakfast option was good as well, but the Hotel's best asset is their staff."

The staff and service was exceptional with a great breakfast option with something for each of us. As a recommendation it would be helpful to have a drying area for wet swimwear.
