If you are going to eat out at a restaurant, it is better to either walk or take a taxi back to the Bocagrande area. The restaurants are better in that area. The hotel has access to the beach, but be prepared to negotiate with the people who have all the umbrellas and chairs. Ask prices before you accept anything. "

"Bucket list location with its treetop villas. Great escape from the day to day, with wonderful staff and a captivating atmosphere at night for dinner. Plus there is a telescope above the restaurant for viewing planets. We saw Jupiter as the telescope is staffed by a knowledgeable team member."

"Viajamos mucho a Cartagena, ya sea por trabajo o vacaciones, es nuestra primera vez en el hotel y ahora será nuestro hotel de preferencia, muy bien ubicado, tienes todo a unos pasos, restaurantes, farmacias, la playa, etc. Las habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y limpias, el hotel con decoración muy moderna, y muy bien mantenido. El servicio de las personas que te atienden es TOP, siempre con la mejor disposición y amabilidad, conocimos al Gerente del Hotel al momento del check in, fue tan amable que nos hizo sentir como en casa, y es ahí dónde entiendes todo!!Servicio, servicio, servicio!!!"
