"Clean and nice hotel. Love the Japanese themed breakfast spread but would prefer more variations on different days. Location was excellent with a bus stop and MRT station just outside the hotel. There are shops and eateries within walking distance from the hotel. "

"The location and staff are excellent, hotel is very luxurious but has areas that definitely need upgrading. Our original room on the 17th floor was huge, but had wall-to-wall carpet which was old and dusty so we moved to a smaller but more modern and non-carpeted room on the 14th floor, which was perfect. Breakfast was a nice mix of Eastern and Western options. We were flying out the following day so the hotel being right next to the rail line was super convenient. "
