"We travel to Danbury often. We use to live there before moving to Maine. We tried several area hotels before settling in here. Sol and Britney are fantastic and the room and breakfasts are good too. If I had one complaint. It would be that the "we're enjoying the room signs" fall on the floor constantly and that drives me nuts. They were designed for a round knob and not the ADA lever type door handles. So, here's the deal. If its on the inside and you open the door from the outside, it falls on...

"No frills, but clean and quiet (except for someone banging on a door nearby at 7:45 AM after we had a late night...gotta love that) and the check-in was fast and friendly. Not much nearby but a beautiful river view out the window. Downsides were the water in the bathroom took a while to get hot and the tub faucet dripped. Also the mattress was a bit too firm and pillows were not all that comfy (bring your own). All in all, would stay here again."

"The property was neat, clean and well maintained. It was also quiet so you could get a good night’s sleep. During the snow storm, the parking lot was plowed and the sidewalks shoveled and salted to maintain clear and safe access to the rooms. Easily accessible to I-84. Excellent diner in walking distance and shopping and other activities are close by."
