"The property is gorgeous, the only reason I gave them 4/5 starts is because I did not get the room I booked and paid extra for. We planned a little get away with my family and drove 5 hours to capture the beautiful colors of fall. I booked a “lake view” room and paid extra through Expedia. When we got there we were given a room overlooking the parking lot. They were booked with a wedding that weekend and were sold out of rooms, but offered to move lake view the following day. "I was confused about checking in. I was not aware that I would be getting a text with a code. When I arrived and the office was closed I called the phone number on the door. Whoever answered was rather rude because I didn’t understand the process I looked at my text and did get into my room but I didn’t appreciate being made to feel stupid. The room was nice but it was not stocked like I think it was meant to be. Beautiful area"
