I am really disappointed. Many bad little things happened during my stay. Even the surrender areas are bad and made feel unsafe. Casino was terrible and almost impossible to get a drink. "My family slept comfortably in a suite with 1 queen, 2 twin beds, and a a private bathroom. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The hostel has a very welcoming and warm feel to it. The common area has a fully functioning kitchen and access to fridges that you can store food in. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend!"

"Didn’t know much about Valparaiso before arrival. Casa Higueras is located in the heart of UNESCO designated cultural heritage site. Stayed two nights and spent two days just exploring 10 city block square."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly."
