"We had a corner room on the 11th floor with beautiful panoramic views through floor to ceiling windows. The room was spacious and modern, coffee, water and soft drinks in the honor bar were included. Espresso machine and water dispenser in the lobby also gratis. Beautiful drinks and surprisingly good dinner on the top floor. Breakfast was also included and adequate. Safe neighborhood, close to the Metropolitan Park with gondola and funicular, and the lively Bellavista neighborhood for nightlife."

"The hotel is fabulous and lives up to the 5 star rating. It was absolutely clean, except for some rooms that seem to have doors that need refurbishing. It must be a wing that probably has not been renovated but is visible from the walkway. The restaurants in the facility were excellent, particularly the Matsuri, which offers Japanese/Peruvian fusion. The pool was super cold but the lounging area was pretty comfortable with continuous music that gets to be a little loud occasionally. They should...
