"Modern hotel with great amenities. Dining at the hotel is convenient and food is of good quality. There needs to be a little more attention to cleanliness (there were ants on the floor of the dining area). Overall, a great place to stay if you are in need of transiting through Santiago on the way to other adventures in Chile!"

"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. We ran into issues with our rental car the day we picked it up in Calama. Juliette was so amazing and spoke to the rental and towing folks for us; later there were two other gentleman from the front desk who also had conversations with the rental/ tow folks for us. He also helped me get a taxi to the airport the day we were leaving. The property is pretty basic, but clean and the food is also basic, but the customer service from Juliette and team was exceptional!!"
