The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible. But we did have a nice cocktail before bed. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English. "

"We were in town for one evening to get a jump start to the top of Gornergrat. It was the perfect location. We had the most stunning view from our balcony. The bed was great. The bathroom was delightful and very clean. Loved everything about this charming hotel and town. Highly recommend. "

"The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing! They really took care of us. And even though we didn't have a reservation at the restaurant (and they were full), they gave us a glass of wine while we waited and got us in quickly. And it was fantastic! Great hotel in Zermatt!"

"Room is nice & clean. Bed is comfortable and the balcony is amazing. Close to the train station so it is very convenient. Also close to shopping & restaurants. Staffs are friendly and they even prepared a packed breakfast when we told them that we are checking out early. Overall great experience with Hotel Butterly and will definitely come back. "
