"Property is lovely, light filled and plenty of room Lots of cob webs on the windows, they should be better maintained, we had to buy rubbish bags and dishwasher tabs which was a bit ordinary, there is also no sound sysywhich would have been great to have. Overall though fabulous house and we had a great time"

"Excellent family getaway - one of the most generous appointed accommodations where one didn't have to bring the kitchen sink. Am used to having to pack one's own basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, washing stuff, laundry stuff, paper towels - but all of that was generously provided. Ian also provides bikes, golf clubs and boogie boards! Only thing missing was coffee machine (we couldnt figure out how to make the one there work) - so my only suggestion would be to BYO coffee plunger. Comfortable...

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

"Property is well located one street back from the bay. Huge well fenced rear garden for your fur baby or babies. Facilities were good and the property was clean and tidy and well suited to travelling with pets. Well appointed kitchen with most necessary utensils. Very close to the Marina and JJ’s bar and grill (not open Sunday, as we found out) Easy walking distance to the town centre. We would definitely stay again. Communication with agent was swift, so another tick there."

"Overall our stay was very pleasant and the holiday house felt like home. The kids were entertained with the variety of board games as well as the many activities. The balcony setting was also our favourite spot during meal times and watching the sunsets. This was a very enjoyable holiday and we look forward to returning again."

"Good location, unfortunately it was obvious that the property has not been let for awhile, although surfaces were clean, there was lots of cobwebs etc, could do with a bigger lounge & although it was pet friendly, the fence was not secure enough for our small dogs & it is certainly not high enough for big dogs other than that it was good"

"Not very clean. Two bedrooms had no light as globes not changed. Exposed light switch taped over with sticky tape in bathroom. No fly screens on most windows. Bedroom windows had fly screens but not attached correctly so insects could still get in. Many insects in house. Broken blinds in front room so no privacy. Linen old and mismatched. Inconsistent hot water supply. Laundry taps unusable. "

"The house was perfect for our girls weekend away. All the rooms were spacious and we were near the seaside with the option to go night swimming in the pool. We were all very comfortable and had a great time. "

"We spent 5 days in Tuross Heads but we could have lingered longer! Ideally situated the accommodation was extremely well appointed and comfortable and there was plenty to do in and around the area. We enjoyed a thoroughly peaceful break a short travel time from home."

"When we arrived the house smelt mouldy and I had to vacuum up all of the spider webs so my kids would go in the rooms Blinds were missing and the windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out of them There was no hot tub even though one was advertised The dog next door barked constantly and we had to dispose of previous groups rubbish…."
