"Very hard to access 5 keys and padlock Very basic accom noisy fridge dripping taps , leaky shower head saturating the bathroom floor over the curtain ( rail stain = long-standing issue .Mouldy shower curtain nothing supplied no linen and we were charged extra fees for pets then extra for cleaning and extra service fee !!! To add to the problems we found we were locked in and had a hard time getting out—no single key ingress / egress point, needed minimum 2 gate fiddle Suggest refund service...

"Well appointed with a fantastic view across the lake. We had a lovely 5 day stay and it was extra special to have our dog be able to stay as well. Loved the back deck and the lake views from our bedroom window. Thanks Memories Lakehouse!"

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."
