"Really enjoyed our weekend stay here. The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from most of the sights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was very good. Although the hotel doesn't have it's own parking, the Podium car park is right next door."

"The most superb stay for my wife’s 60th. No16 oozes history. The period detail is exquisite. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The dining experience was excellent. The haute cuisine on the a la carte was a bit beyond my sons’ comprehension but my wife and I loved it. The hotel has charm and style and the best experience i have enjoyed."

"Lovely hotel a little disapointed with the nouse from tge building work starting at 8am . I was looking forward to a relaxing lie-in but that was cut short but otherwise it was super with lovely staff across the board "

"Was given notices months in advance that they would be going through some renovations during our stay; this was no problem to us. We were still able to park on-site and they are just minutes from The Roman Bath, a must! Everyone was warm and welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel was top notch! One of the few placed that we stayed that had a fridge in the room! Our room was comfortable; fan was provide. "
