I rang the manual bell, but no one came to the front desk, despite the fact that some personnel were speaking behind a glass door. Finally, a man employee arrived with a threatening and hostile attitude, yelling at us. BTW, it was approximately 9 a.m., he had a Middle Eastern accent and he did not wear badge or uniform"
