"The hotel is part of a collection of several properties all part of the same group, Souk Waqif Tivoli. We booked a room for 3, but had to change hotels when our initial room was too small. The hotel was clean, and luxurious. The staff were very friendly. There didn’t seem to be a regular front desk attendant and the security guard had to call the up every time we needed something which was a little inconvenient.
