"Breakfast option is great, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is a lot of people smoke around the front door area and packages are dropped off there so you can’t escape from the second hand smoke. Not sure if the hotel would consider creating a designated smoking area further away from the front door to keep the air fresh. "

"First of all, the room is very large with separate walk in closet and bathtub/shower area. Most hotel has no bathtub any more. The young lady Alice in breakfast room is charming and warm and very on top of everything. I ordered earl grey tea with lemon once and then she brings me one every following date, The concierge team is also very helpful - a very pleasant stay for us in Beijing!"

"It’s situated centrally in downtown Beijing above a large mall with excellent facilities: metro stations with full connectivity to the amazing rail network. The area is next to Wangfujing street : the shopping mecca. The mall has tons of dining options. The staff are fantastic and very helpful- tip: download a good translation app and you will be glad you did. "
