"Excellent location in the CBD. This property is an apartment hotel, so it was functional. We specifically like the kitchen and laundry facilities. One downside is that, they don't take an international credit card for deposit, so you need to pay in Australian cash. Another issue we faced was that there's no room service, so we had to go in person to the front desk in order to get extra coffee, etc. Location is unbeatable and walkable. "

Pleasant surprises await.

"Absolutely top notch from start to end. Friendly and efficient check in with a bottle of wine compliments of Silver member. Our anniversary was acknowledged nicely but the biggest surprise was waiting for us in the room with another bottle of wine, chocolates, teddy, balloons and a nice card with warm best wishes for our anniversary. And there were also nice comments on the mirror which we noticed later that night. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Will be our go to hotel in Melbourne. Thank you. "
