Despite our last-minute request, the staff graciously accommodated us for the temazcal experience — something we will never forget. Pedro, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. He worked hard to fit us into the temazcal ceremony and helped coordinate taxis for our last-minute requests. His kindness and effort made a big difference in our stay. Our shaman, Miguel, was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel safe and supported throughout the entire ceremony. He took his time to explain the process and guided us through a deeply spiritual and healing journey. A highlight of our stay was the food. Chef Adam E. curated and prepared the most delicious meals for us on both nights. He even came to our table to share how each dish was made, adding such a personal and thoughtful touch to our dining experience. We also loved staying in the bungalow — a magical setting where we could see fireflies dancing around the room through the glass walls. Surrounded by jungle sounds and nature, it truly felt like an escape into a serene, hidden paradise. This trip was special in every way, and we’re so grateful for the memories we made here."
