"Beautiful B&B away from city center and the major drawbacks are the massive potholes in the streets and the limited walkable eating places. The furnishings and kitchenette were excellent and if you want a quiet place away from the touristy areas, this is the place. The staff was very friendly and were able to call for taxis as needed"

"There was no restaurant on site, however there were restaurants near by. There was a supermarket very close by. The pavement is not suitable for wheelchair. Room was great just for a couple. Transport to Tulum airport was good."

"Sixteen of us stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. The space was comfortable, the decor was and we enjoyed that the kids could snorkel from the house, and just the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We had some problems with the Chef service so I would caution you not to use Chef Carlos' services. "

It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. "

"Wonderful stay! Zero complaints and plan to return again and again! Beautiful, small apartment hotel close to the beach, 7-11 right down the road. Phase two going up right next door. Expect some construction noise during the day. A car is highly recommended (mine was essentially free with stay through Orbitz - I only paid for insurance). Room had everything I needed - stocked kitchen (only thing I would recommend is a microwave), gorgeous bathroom, plunge pool, comfy bed (I’d recommend a mattress protector) - just beautiful. Property is stunning and pool is warm and beautiful. Property communicated great through WhatsApp and sent recommendations for beach clubs, cenotes, etc. Tulum airport was a complete breeze - through customs in 10 minutes. Loved this stay. Thanks so much!"

"My family stayed at this hotel in August, and we loved it! This is a brand new hotel that just opened this year. While everything is brand new, they are still working to finalize the hotel (finish one section of it and fully stock up the rooms with kitchen supplies, such as plates, cups, utensils etc.). This, I'm sure will happen shortly. The room was great, with one king bed in one room and a sofa bed in the living room. We even had our tiny private pool, which we did not end utilizing as their public pool is stunning. The hotel is located in a newly-developed part of town, so it's away from busy streets and noise. Nonetheless, it's a short drive to all the beautiful attractions and tourist zones around Tulum. The staff was very accommodating and nice, and we felt they really cared that we enjoy our stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay in it again in the future!"
