"Great service, employees were wonderful. The pools are quite large and nice. Big size rooms. Some rooms on the first and 3rd floor have personal pools which is nice if you want to refresh yourself outside of the pool hours. The gym is well equipped for an average workout. I haven't tried the restaurant. Also since it's a fairly new hotel, construction isn't finished as of June 2025. It didn't bother me since I was out most of the day, but if you plan on staying in, bring some earplugs. I liked that it was situated halfway from the beach and Tulum Center. Though walking is doable, renting a car, scooter or a bike is a better option for getting around. If you rent a bike, I would suggest doing it from a place downtown as it is cheaper than renting from the hotel. However if renting from the hotel is more convenient for you and you don't mind paying a bit more, they offer the service. Once again the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. "

"If I could give Be Tulum a higher rating, I would. This hotel is so special and unique. We stayed in the alcove suite with a plunge pool. It was like we were tucked away in the jungle. So peaceful, serene, and lots of privacy. The room was unique and clean, and the air conditioner was a nice relief from the heat. The restaurants here had amazing food, with beautiful views. The staff overall—from the front desk, to restaurants, and maids—were wonderful. Very attentive and polite. The concierge checked in daily, was super helpful in booking taxis and ATVs, and offered suggestions for other things to do. This was helpful since the seaweed was in full effect, but it didn't take away from the stay or the trip. It was still beautiful, could go in the ocean and lay on the beach beds. Don't let that stop you from booking!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Our group came to celebrate a friend’s birthday and love the boutique, secluded feel of the hotel while also having direct access to food/nightlife. Everything we did was ~15 mins away. The on-site pool, bike rentals, restaurant, etc. were also really nice. Advice for future guests… - Bring your bug spray. The mosquitoes were pretty bad while we were there. To be fair, it had also rained our first day. - After booking, ask the hotel about shuttle service. They connected us with a family owned shuttle service who were initially only supposed to take us to and from the airport to the hotel, but they were so amazing that we ended up using their services for our entire trip. They’re a 24 hour company. 5 star experience with them. "
