"Great place and great location. One major drawback however is the Glockenspiel, on a tower inside the hotel courtyard, that rings for several minutes every hour on the hour from 10 am to 10 pm. You can not only hear it, but feel it in the nearby rooms when it chimes. Can be very annoying for one trying to take a midday nap or who has gone to bed early. (Also, I discovered too late that had I booked directly with the property, the parking would have been free and the taxes reduced.) "

"The hotel was beautiful as a castle should be. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The pictures of the bathroom on the website are only from the bigger rooms so when we checked in there was only a small square shower.
