"We stayed at Pullman because Ramada Inn Downtown Dubai cancelled our reservation (!) and that was the best thing that happened to us in Dubai. Pullman is a much better hotel, their staff is very helpful and accommodating, our room was spacious and clean, there are three great restaurants at the property, the breakfast buffet is awesome and the location is very convenient for transportation and downtown access. A taxi/Uber to Dubai Mall is $7-8 and takes about 10 min. There is a supermarket and pharmacy literally across the street if you need anything that hotel doesn’t have. Their prices are very reasonable for the level of comfort and service. I’d definitely stay at Pullman on the next trip to Dubai. "

"Great hotel. Was upgraded to a suite as part of being VIP both on Raddison and platinum on Expedia. Suite was beautiful and specious. Breakfast was by far the nicest breakfast we had in a while. Staff is polite and helpful. Free and convenient parking. Pool was small and a ton of constructions outside. Burj view no longer available due to a high rise building newly built in front of the hotel. Limited food options around the hotel. Overall, Definitely stay here again despite the minor setbacks. "
