The staff was very accommodating and was able to extend our stay for another three nights and keep us in the same room. "A lovely historic hotel which is perfectly placed in Gatlinburg. Our balcony overlooked the Skylift, which was an added bonus. Our bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast each day was always home made and tasty. Shame about single use plastic cutlery but the cups were sustainable, so hopefully recyclable. Room soundproofing could be better but appreciate the age of the building. We'd definitely stay again."

"We got a suit and it was really big and nice. Loved the location of the hotel within walking distance of shops and out of the way of all the heavy traffic. The one thing i didnt care for during our 4 night stay was we were never offered fresh clean towels and when my husband asked for some the guy at the desk was like ill get em in 20 min but never got them till that night. They should offer daily clean towels and rags but thats just me. I love my stay otherwise. "
