"It was a fairly nice place. The only thing is there were no irons in the hotel room, although Expedia said there would be. Basically had to share an iron with the entire hotel and call or go down and ask and wait for a while each time to get one. Which took time away from my trip. Staff were nice though, but that needs fixed. "

That is not my opinion-the desk clerk escorted us to the grocery and back, made sure our Uber was in front before we left the lobby, etc. The area is not rundown. "Great overnight stay to enjoy the Monte Casino complex, have a great meal at one of the reataurants in the courtyard. The room was clean, comfortable and sufficient for a one night stay. I would recommend it to travelers passing through the area,lots to do and see. Exiting the hotel on to the courtyard was convenient. Staff are friendly, restaurant breakfast was basic but sufficient and tasty, with enthusiastic friendly staff. Overall a great experience."

"I felt safe. The property was clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Room service was great. There is an outlet and the hairdryer by a mirror, which is very nice. I had a very short stay and it was great. The only downside was they have no luggage carts/trolleys. I had a lot of bags and it was difficult to manage that. So, be ready to haul all of your bags by yourself. "
