"Apartment was not clean on arrival (pubic hairs in both bathrooms) asked for it to be cleaned never was. Lots of beetles and cockroaches which we have never had in Dubai before. Reported a leaking toilet on arrival was never attended to all week despite several requests. "

"Mustafa is a great host. Location is easy to reach by metro and tram. The only negative issue is a balcony situated in one of the dormitory room where guests smokes while other sleeps. Overall it's a friendly place situated at 10 floor in a nice neighborhood. "

"The advert said holiday includes airport transfers, which it did not. The bathroom toilet hose was leaking the while time creating a small puddle on the floor. The shower would go a little too hot even when cold. No shower, it had 2 bath-tubs and no facility for elderly people who may need to sit and have a shower.
