"Perfect location, friendly staff"

"Clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were minor inconveniences (for example could’ve used more towels) but overall nice place and great location. "

"We arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. Our room wasnt ready but we were offered a room to refresh if we wanted it. We were happy to sit by the pool and wait and drinks were supplied to us to cool down. After about an hour our room was ready. When we entered the room it was a WOW moment. Amazing 2 bedroomed suite with amazing views. Spent many an hour just watching all the action with boats coming in and out. "Good location. Close to the metro, and close to the Marina. Friendly and helpful staff. Having small kitchenette in the room was a plus. Unit itself though a bit outdated. Had some issues, which were resolved by the maintenance. Our room was facing the highway, so also had some road noise. "

"Great stay, some of the bathrooms in the suite had issues, like one of the tubs was cracked,it should have been replaced. Not all bathrooms had hand towels, the pool tiles in areas were cracking etc. but overall the property is great and would stay again."

"The rooms are pretty unique. Perhaps the most unique I have seen in Dubai. The location is great minutes away from dime town Dubai and business bay. It’s a new property which is a plus. The price point is great for Dubai. The price to quality and service ratio is perfect. "

"We had a four bedroom apartment which was big and loads of space. The view on the 17 floor was beautiful specially we got to the the drone display from the balcony. The accommodation was clean. We had some issues with the flat and the management was quick to look at it. The staff were nice and welcoming. "
