This hotel ticks so many boxes for location, price, facilities etc but the staff are incredible. Every person we had dealings with from checking in at 3am to checking out on new years eve could not have been more friendly and going out their way to try help us, especially with finding solutions for return airport transport on new years eve when so many roads are closed and Dubai as a whole is very busy.

Fantastic stay at Rove JBR. The location is perfect it’s a 15 minute walk to Marina Mall, 8 minutes to the Tram which links to Metro and the same again to the beach. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

From the moment I arrived, the staff—Amira, Ahmed, Sahed, and Chitan—were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism really stood out and made my stay extra special. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with great amenities that made me feel right at home. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the vibrant attractions in JBR. The vibe of the hotel is casual yet stylish, and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The overall atmosphere was friendly and laid-back, making it a great spot for both families and solo travelers. I highly recommend Rove JBR for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dubai. Every day they said they will fix the hot water - yet nothing. The staff were rude most the time. Property is otherwise nice but if you like hot showers I’d check if they got it fixed as it’s a new property and they are all over the place!
