"Comfortable room, efficient lifts. The only bad experience I had was with the receptionist. No eye contact, no pleasantries, curt replies, tethering on the edge of rudeness. Doesn't feel like I'm being welcomed in a Hilton property."

"Reasonable for a one night stay. Staff was helpful. Rooms are somewhat small, and smell a bit. We arrived late after midnight and the Room wasn't ready. We had to wait for a while until the room is ready. I didn't like the idea of that extensive ID verification for every one staying, but it seems a common thing among hotels in the region."

"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."
