"Rooms & corridors were musty and need cleaning. Staff were really helpful specially in dairy allergy. Very close to mall of Emirates and metro station, but there’s road maintenance that are somehow blocking nowadays"

We had to wait for a while until the room is ready. I didn't like the idea of that extensive ID verification for every one staying, but it seems a common thing among hotels in the region."

"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."

"Fully renovated, modern hotel and conveniently located in the Mall of Emirates. Buffet breakfast is extensive, and was beautifully setup. Staff are professional, helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. "
