"The staff are courteous. The property is very clean and secure. The waterpark and beach onsite is great for families. The restaurants, spa, and on property gift store are all convenient. Enjoyed the daily entertainment offered at the resort."

"This is an excellent property to stay at during an overnight layover in DXB. It offers free transfers to and from the airport, so it's practically like being at the airport. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It also offers good food options. The only drawback is that they don't have bellboys, which means guests need to haul their luggage to the rooms."

"I liked location to the beach and JBR walk, breakfast was very good, my only dislike was - I didn’t get straight Dubai eye view room which I thought I paid for additionally as multiple other wings are also categorized as Dubai eye view, but those are view from the corner of the room next to balcony, not straight eye view. I suggest just get the Ocean view instead which might be cheaper and Dubai eye is still visible from the balcony as no guarantee you will get one if unavailable, and Ocean view...

"Nice hotel. Nice pool and beach area. Walked down the beaches to the left and was happy with our choice of the Dukes. Other hotels all seemed to be competing in who can play the loudest music over the top of each other! This made us appreciate Dukes private and quiet beach front more. Good breakfast at the hotel and nice lunches from ULA. Room was basic, but it has everything you need. Would come back."

"The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was incredible, with a great range. The only issue was that our bathroom seemed to leak, and there would be water on the floor. They tried to repair it one night but it still happened."
