Basement could have been a whole separate living quarters; with one bedroom and bathroom, washer and dryer, its own living room, and a deck out back. "The house was perfect for us, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything we needed. The front porch was used daily for relaxing after a long day on the motorcycles. Location was great as it wasn't in the city but just across the river. The restaurants and shops on Bridge Rd were a bonus!"

"Mr. Husson allowed me to check in a couple hrs. early-which he did not have to. The interior was clean and reasonably furnished. Price was reasonable for area. However, advertisement was misleading. Rental is for a floor/flat of a house. Not the whole house. Finished basement was rented to another party (who had a puppy that cried throughout the nights). Also, yard was trashy with litter strewn about."

"I was very unhappy with the property and stay for my family it was absolutely horrendous for the price!!! The toilet was broken and hadn’t been cleaned. I reached out to the host and she stated that she would have someone to come and clean. If you call that cleaning.. We ultimately just left and didn’t even stay my brother and his wife who are pastors had to stay at a hotel."

"This is great house, just a short drive away from downtown. Very well kept for its age and equipped with everything you need for a stay in Charleston. Just note: the second bathroom/shower is located on the main floor and very small. We didn’t have too much trouble parking our vehicles despite their size, but it could get tight with more than 2."
