"My sister and I visited this resort and i must say we had so much fun. The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant. Miss Janice, TJ, and both Andre’s were absolutely amazing, and their customer service was impeccable. I would definitely return and will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Our favorite part was surviving Miss Janice's ladder challenge – it was definitely a highlight!"

"Property had some water problems, elevator was out for almost a day due to water issues and then on Saturday morning woke up to find massive flooding on the first floor. Water issue with elevator was before it began raining, They could also be a bit more friendly to wheelchair guests. In any event property could use a slight refurbishment. Water in one of the jacuzzi’s was tepid at best. Anyway still enjoyed the visit but, maybe it was more that I enjoyed Jamaica one of the most gorgeous places on earth."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hilton Rose Hall we had an amazing time! From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP! We were meet at the lobby entrance by Shane in which he welcomed us and made us feel like true guests! Next we were checked in by Sharlet who was amazing! She told us all about the different amenities and activities, she even told us about the dining in detail because we are foodies! She really got us excited for the next couple days of relaxation! We enjoyed all the staff tremendously but honorable mentions were definitely Sharlet, Shane and Jermaine! They made us feel like family and we will definitely be coming back to see them! Also the FOOD is amazing and authentic to Jamaica, the Oxtail the Curried Goat were exceptional! My son’s favorite part was the breakfast buffet and of course the water slide!!!! My favorite activity was the Catamaran ride the views were breathtaking and our captain made sure we had a great experience! I have nothing bad to say about the Hilton Rose Hall definitely a favorite of my family and I! "
