"Property is in very good condition. Great bed, excellent heating, extremely clean and fresh. It is in the city and was therefore getting noise from the street. Now I should add I’ve been in national parks for 2 weeks where it has been extremely quiet and this was my first city, so noise was probably appropriate for a city and I was just very used to the countryside… so probably not very fair saying it was noisy…"

"All the staff are gentle and friendly, I stayed for 3days in Dunedin, all were good except the weather but all staff in this hotel gave me a good info and service. It’s close to most monuments around the Octagon where the centre of the city and some facilities. ex) a supermarket and so on.
